Refund Policy

Payments made for AuthentEscapes escorted experiences are fully refundable, less a $250 per person administrative fee, up to 180 days prior to departure. Cancellations requested within 180 days of departure are nonrefundable, unless the traveler has opted for AuthentAssure trip protection.

AuthentAssure Trip Protection
We strongly advise all travelers to protect their trip investment with AuthentAssure which allows travelers to cancel for any reason up to seven days prior to departure.* AuthentAssure allows travelers to roll over their trip investment to apply toward a future AuthentEscapes purchase, which must be booked within one year of the original travel date. Involuntary Cancellations
Please note that AuthentEscapes reserves the right to accept and cancel reservations for travelers who join escorted programs at our discretion. If, during the reservations process, our team anticipates a negative outcome will result to fellow travelers or the tour may potentially be disrupted by a specific party or individual, the reservation will be cancelled and any penalties incurred will be the responsibility of the identified party.

*AuthentAssure must be purchased at time of deposit. Cost is 5% of total trip cost. AuthentAssure ensures the full roll over (less the assurance fee) to be applied toward future travel with AuthentEscapes, to be booked within one year from original travel date, should you have to cancel for any reason up to seven days prior to departure. AuthentAssure does not cover trip delay or interruption, illness or losses on the ground while traveling. We strongly recommend MedJet Assist Membership and can advise on travel insurance coverage on a case-by-case basis.
