Trip Overview

“An exhilarating eight-night mobile camping safari, hosted by a private guide throughout, in the Chobe National Park, Savute and Okavango Delta.”

Botswana is a supreme host for a wide variety of Africa's wildlife. Considered one of the leaders in their conservation efforts, the abundance of elephants in the country is typically felt immediately upon arrival to your safari camp. You would be hard pressed to not feel the presence of the country's many herds moving around you as your vehicle makes its way through the bush. The Okavango Delta offers an entirely new way to safari, by boat, giving travelers the unique opportunity to witness the many species that gather at the water's edge from an eye level perspective.

Victoria Falls

Mosi-oa-Tunya. The Smoke that Thunders. This waterfall on the Zambezi River, at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, is among the world's most rare and rewarding sites.  Retrace the steps of David Livingstone, if you wish, with an excursion out to Livingstone Island.   Go inside the Devil's Pool at the edge of the falls, a seasonal thrill.  Or bungee jump from the nearby bridge where thrillseekers first made it famous.

Chobe National Park

Chobe National Park is the second largest park in Botswana.  The area is renowned for its vast herds of elephant and buffalo. Chobe national park is named after the Chobe River which forms the northern boundary of the park, and covers an enormous area, stretching southwards all the way down to the Moremi game reserve.

Okavango Delta

The Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta, a labyrinth of lagoons, lakes and hidden channels covering 17 000 square km.  There are an estimated 200 000 large mammals in and around the Okavango Delta, and over 400 bird species, allowing visitors some of the best game viewing in the world.
