Trip Overview

In the very same week that you can come eye to eye with the oceans most feared predator, you can find yourself closely observing and deciphering the hunting strategies of a pride of Lions attempting to take down Zebra. Africa is well known for its large range of wildlife, and we believe the ultimate way to experience it all is a Shark and Bush Safari.  Your first four days are spent exploring the diverse and striking city of Cape Town, otherwise known as The Mother Land. Take a visit to Table Mountain, the city's most notable landmark, observe the playful behavior of the local colony of African penguins at Boulders Beach, and take in the stunning views where the Indian and Atlantic ocean meet at The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, all while staying at the urban chic resort setting a whole new standard for South Africa hotels- the One&Only Cape Town. On day two, get your up close and personal experience with the toothy assassins of the deep blue, the Great Whites!
On the second half of this itinerary you will head to your exotic and luxurious accommodations at Singita Boulders Lodge. Singita's Boulders Lodge is located on Sabi Sand- a privately owned game reserve in the Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park in South Africa. Spanning more than 45,000 acres, it is renowned for high concentrations of big game and frequent leopard sightings. With a heavy focus on ecological preservation and white glove hospitality, Singita offers an experience second to none.
All operations are carried out without interfering in natural events or compromising the animals.

Great White Shark Dive

View Great Whites from the vessel and cage. If we are lucky, observe as they hunt Cape Fur seals. You'll be in the best spot to view the action in the best light while not interfering with the outcome.  No prior experience or certification is required.  Entering the cage is optional.

Boulders Beach

Boulders Beach in Simons Town is home to a unique and endangered land-based colony of African Penguins. The beach itself ideal for families and children as immense boulders shelter the cove from currents, wind and large waves. The Penguin Colony is one of only a few in the world, and has become a famously popular site consisting of three pristine beaches, one penguin viewing area and three scenic boardwalks.

Singita Sabi Sand

Sabi Sand is a privately owned game reserve adjacent to Kruger National Park, and together the two areas make up some of South Africa’s most incredible and pristine land. Singita Sabi Sand has been owned by the Bailes family who have acted as the dedicated custodians of this precious part of South Africa’s natural heritage since 1926. With the opening of its first lodge in 1994, Singita’s philosophy has been to protect large tracts of wilderness and wildlife populations for future generations.
