Arranged in a U-shape facing the ocean, the majority of the Resort’s 370 guest rooms and suites – the largest on the island – feature dazzling views of the Pacific that can be enjoyed from the privacy of their furnished lanai (a veranda or roofed patio). From floor to ceiling, every room creates a fresh take on modern luxury and Hawaiian sophistication.
All accommodations have an oversized marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Technological enhancements bear the thoughtful hallmarks of Four Seasons, including large flat-screen televisions, iHome docking stations and clock radios with MP3 adapters, and high-speed Internet access.
Rooms and suites on the Resort’s eighth floor offer the special privileges of the Executive Club Lounge. Accessible only by private elevator key, these accommodations provide additional privacy for small groups who may wish to be separate from other guests. Club Floor concierge services includes express check-in, check-out and complimentary packing services.

A maximum of three adults is allowed per guest room, Four Seasons Executive Suite or One-Bedroom Suite. If three adults occupy a room or suite, a child will not be allowed as a fourth occupant. For families, a total maximum occupancy of three is recommended per room, Four Seasons Executive Suite or One-Bedroom Suite.
Families of four consisting of two adults and two children 18 years and under may be confirmed using existing bedding—if both children can share the sofa bed (in a room with a king bed) —or— if a room with two queen beds is available.
Bedding in all guest rooms is one King, one King plus one Sofa bed —or— two Queen beds. Bedding in FS Executive Suites and One-Bedroom Suites is one King plus one sofa bed. Rollaway beds are no longer available in standard guest rooms and FS Executive Suites. There is no charge for a crib.
For two- and three-bedroom suites, contact us to verify bedding and maximum occupancy which is based on number of adults and children/ages.
Hotel reserves the right to assign appropriate bedding based on availability. Bedding is on request basis only and not guaranteed.
