| July 13 - Spectacular Wines, Spectacular Value: Buying wine at auction gives the discerning connoisseur an opportunity to savor perfectly mature wines, often at a fraction of the retail price, and without waiting decades for them to mature in your cellar. Join us for a dinner and a chat with Charles Curtis, who is a Cordon Bleu trained chef, a Master of Wine, and head of the wine department for Christie's in New York. The dinner will feature wines purchased at recent auctions specifically for this cruise, and Mr. Curtis will offer an overview on buying at auction and current trends in the market. Wines for the dinner can include a mature vintage champagne, a red Burgundy, a Red Bordeaux, and a Port. |

Most of the luxury studios are designed by Hirsch Bedner. They all feature a classic contemporary decor and soothing neutral tones, a tranquil place to relax after an exciting day.
For a more spacious accommodation, the one and two bedroom luxury studio apartments are ideal. These residences combine the ease and intimacy of a studio with the flexibility of a separate sitting/lounge area and a kitchenette.
Two and three bedroom luxury residences allow guests to spread their wings and travel in the greatest possible comfort. The residences are all gracious, elegant, flexible and spacious, with their open plan living and dining areas, master and guest bedrooms with en-suite bathing facilities, and a full-sized kitchen. Even more impressive are the floor to ceiling glass doors leading to a private veranda, giving views to the horizon and adding to the feeling of infinite space.
With 4 really excellent restaurants – and great chefs – on board, guests could eat out every night but other times, choose to pick up dinner and a bottle of wine from Fredy’s Deli and watch a movie or just enjoy the sunset.
