Inclusions: The rate includes all the elements mentioned above and is valid for the event dates Nov 11 - 14, 2010, with a minimum stay of three nights. Unused package items are not reimbursable.

Exclusions: Fare does not include roundtrip air; 19% tax and 10% service charge per room, per night; meals not stated in inclusions; telephone calls, personal gratuities and other items of personal nature.
